The LG Water Purifier uses two filters with a 4-stage filtration system:
Stage 1 – Pre-Carbon Block Filter:

Stages 2 – 4 – Ultrafiltration (UF) System:

The Pre-Carbon Block Filter should be replaced every 6 months, and the Ultrafiltration (UF) Filter should be replaced every 12 months.
